The Electrolux Professional IC63320 - DIAMMS - E cylinder ironer is an industrial cylinder ironer designed for a continuous and easily manageable workflow. The ergonomic working height facilitates daily use, while the control panel is intentionally kept simple. In combination with the electronic control system, including DIAMMS, this professional cylinder ironer can be precisely adapted to various requirements. The DIAMMS speed control system supports controlled processing of the laundry.
This industrial cylinder ironer is structurally designed for continuous thermal and mechanical operation. The pressure roller with a Nomex® coating and the robust Nomex® ironing belts, which withstand temperatures exceeding 220 °C, are engineered to handle high-temperature loads. In addition, a 3 mm stainless steel cylinder prevents rust and extends the service life. For heating, the commercial cylinder ironing machine uses a maintenance-free ceramic gas burner, which reduces downtime to a minimum.
The cylinder ironer for industrial and commercial use is also designed with practicality in mind when it comes to installation and safety. Thanks to its recirculation system, the commercial cylinder ironer can be installed against a wall to save space. The foldable feed tray prevents larger laundry items from touching the floor, which facilitates handling during loading.
